When will my order be dispatched? 

It takes time to look this good! 

All 102 Apparel products are handmade, and usually take a few days minimum to make, so depending on how many orders I need to make, this can vary at times. 

Please note my current average dispatch time is 5 - 7 business days from the date your order placed. 

We may be able to prioritise orders in some instances where it is needed by a certain date, however this is not guarantee depending on the current workload, and is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please use the contact form to discuss this directly. 

Delivery

102 Apparel is a UK Based small business. Domestic orders are sent via 2-3 Day Delivery as standard, or an upgrade is available at checkout for 1-2 Day Delivery.
International orders may take between 5-10 working days, so please take this into account if your order is needed for a gift.

All buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties incurred for their order. 

Returns & Exchanges

We get it, it looks good on the rack but you're not sure it suits you, or you just need to exchange the size? 

We're happy to accept returns and exchanges for alternative sizes, but please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. 

We currently do not offer free returns & exchanges, so return postage will need to be covered by you.
